PARKING

Parking is available in the lot in front of Shennanigans and in the metered lot between Shennanigans and the Old Albemarle Hotel building.  If you have trouble parking, call us! We will park your car for you.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are available for purchase for either a dollar amount of specific treatments. Gift cards are non refundable and not redeemable for cash.

PRODUCT RETURNS

All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.

Un-used or un-opened products must be returned within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by your receipt in order to obtain a full refund.

Used or experienced products may be returned for a store credit or exchange only and must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid being charged in full for your spa treatment. Medical Spa Treatments are charged the full deposit amount for any Medical Treatments cancelled within 24 hours.

Appointment cancellations are not accepted via email or text message. Please call 434-984-3450 to speak with our Guest Services Team or leave a message in our voicemail.

Cancellation policy is also included in your email booking confirmation and email appointment reminder.

Please turn off your cell phones and other electronic devices in our spa.

Neroli Spa is not responsible for lost items left in the spa.

No outside food or drink allowed in the spa for groups or otherwise.
